Contact Potensic after-sales technical support to diagnose and confirm issues. Customer may need to pay for the repair if product and issues doesn't comply with the warranty policies.
Customers send the product to Potensic repair center. Our staff will test the product and feedback the exact time period for the repairing.
Potensic repairs the products and test it when all repairing were done. Then send it back to customers.
*The repair service is only available for ATOM Series Drone currently.

The Potensic service center will complete your repair within approximately 14 working days of receiving your return. Our team will send you an email notification once the product is repaired and shipped.
*Please note that in case of statutory holidays, natural disasters, or other special circumstances, service times may be extended accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
You only need to ship the component that needs inspection or the malfunctioning component. If not requested, please do not send the Micro SD card.
